I have a water leak — what should I do right now?
Turn off the nearest isolation valve, or the main stopcock if you cannot find it, contain the water, stay clear of electrics, and call promptly. If water is coming through ceilings or near electrics, treat it as urgent.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Pricing depends on the job. Straightforward tasks are quoted upfront once diagnosed. Ask when you call and you will get a straight answer before anyone attends.
Can you fix toilets, taps and showers?
Yes. Cisterns, flush mechanisms, leaking taps, shower valves, wastes and traps are everyday work. Tell us the make and model where visible, and send a photo via WhatsApp if you can.
