Bathroom Plumbing & Fitting in Stoke-on-Trent
We handle the plumbing and fitting for bathroom work across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding towns — from a single tap or toilet swap to a full suite replacement.
What we do
Bathroom work is mostly plumbing: getting water in, waste out, and everything sealed so it stays where it should. We handle:
- Bath and basin installation or replacement
- Toilet installation, repairs and soil connections
- Shower installation, valves and trays
- Bath, basin and shower wastes and traps
- Sealing and connecting fixtures
- Moving or altering pipework for a new layout
- Radiator or towel rail changes in the bathroom
- Fixing leaks and poor flow caused by the original install
If your bathroom needs tiling, plastering or electrical work, tell us the full scope when you enquire. We will be clear about what we cover and what needs another trade, rather than discovering it halfway through.
Common bathroom problems we fix
- A toilet that rocks, leaks at the base, or keeps running
- A basin or bath waste that drips under the floor
- Poor shower flow caused by a failing pump, blocked head or low pressure
- Silicone that has failed and is letting water behind the tiles
- A bath or basin that was fitted without adequate support or sealing
- Pipework that was altered badly and now leaks or is noisy
How a bathroom job runs
- Enquiry — send photos and the scope, or ask for a visit.
- Survey and quote — we check the existing pipework, wastes and isolation before quoting. The quote is free.
- Work — we protect the room, isolate the water, remove and refit, then test everything.
- Handover — we check for leaks under load and show you what was done.
Materials and quotes
We supply materials as standard, which means the parts are correct for the job and covered by one point of contact. Quotes are free and given before work begins. If you already have a suite, we can fit that instead.
Related work
Bathroom jobs often overlap with taps and showers, leak detection if there is hidden damp, and unvented cylinders where hot water capacity is the underlying issue.
Frequently asked questions
Do you supply the bathroom suite and materials?
Yes. We supply materials as standard, so you are not left sourcing parts. If you have already bought a suite or fixtures, we are happy to fit customer-supplied items — just tell us the make and model when you enquire.
Can you fit a bathroom I bought myself?
Usually, yes. Send us the product details or photos before booking so we can check compatibility, waste positions and whether any extra parts are needed.
How long does a bathroom refit take?
A straight suite swap is often a few days. Moving wastes, soil pipes or the layout takes longer. You will be given a clear timescale after a survey, not a guess.
Do you do tiling and electrical work?
We focus on plumbing and fitting. If your project needs tiling, plastering or electrical work, tell us the full scope when you enquire and we will confirm exactly what is covered.
Will the water be off all day?
Only while connections are being made. We plan the work so water is restored as soon as possible each day.
