Gas Engineers in Stoke-on-Trent

All gas work must legally be carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. SureFlow undertakes gas appliance and pipework work within its registered categories.

Gas work, done properly

Gas pipework, appliance installation, commissioning and safety checks all sit under Gas Safe rules. We work on boilers, gas fires, gas cookers, hobs and unvented hot water cylinders, plus associated pipework, within the relevant domestic gas work categories. Certificates and notification paperwork are issued where the law requires them, and any appliance left in use is left safe — or disconnected with your agreement if it cannot be made safe.

SureFlow Heating & Plumbing is Gas Safe registered. We do not publish our registration number on this website, but you can verify any engineer on the Gas Safe Register.

Landlords and homeowners

Landlords need annual gas safety checks on every gas appliance and flue in a rented property. See our gas safety certificates page for detail. Homeowners are not legally required to hold a certificate, but are strongly advised to have appliances checked yearly.

If something is unsafe

Suspected gas escapes go to the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first, not to a routine booking line. For everything else gas-related, call or WhatsApp with the appliance details.
